Two years ago, the scribes who put together PolitiFact selected Sarah Palin’s comment about “death panels” as the biggest lie of 2009. In 2010, they once again sprang to the defense of Obamacare, pooh-poohing claims that it represented a “government takeover of health care” as the year’s biggest falsehood.

So imagine my surprise when the PolitiFact declared that the “Lie of the Year 2011” was the Democrats’ claim that “Republicans voted to end Medicare.”

When PolitiFact first reported on the Democratic accusations, it found nine separate instances of factual inaccuracies. Some it branded as “False.” Others were so blatantly wrong they earned a “Pants on Fire” designation.

the record, the Ryan plan would not have made a single change in Medicare for anyone who is presently on the program. Nor would anyone be affected who would be eligible for Medicare over the next decade. For anyone 55 or older, the program would be unchanged.

But I don’t think it was the “Lie of the Year 2011.”

No, I think the biggest lie of 2011 was “We’re going to cut spending.”

After more than two years of operating without a budget and just before heading home for the holidays,

Congress finally passed an omnibus spending bill for Fiscal 2012. The 1,221-page beast calls for the expenditure of more than $1 trillion, yet doesn’t reduce Federal spending by a penny.

The 10% pays 2% to the state and 8% the federal government and is to be frozen at 10% for eternity. The 2% VAT is to assure those that make the most and spend the most will pay the most because they buy the most.

Step # 3 = Tax are to be frozen forever and will never be more than 10% of you earning and since all earnings and sale are electronically recorded you can not hide them.

If the United States of America cannot run it's government on 10% of everyone's income then shut down all none essential programs and keep only those 10% tax + 2% VAT will support. There will be no borrowing to sustain or support any programs, period, and the books must be balanced on Dec 31st of each year with results posted in real time allowing the public to see where their money is being spent.

Only _YOU_ the tax paying people of America can stop the insanity of being taxed into poverty and used as a never ending involuntary donor to support the parasite of this world. American's Making A Big Mistake

First of all let’s make this very clear. I could care less about the United Nations, One World Order or Executive Order 12333 which prohibits the act of state-sponsored killing, nor would I comply to this Executive Order if I were in command and neither would any real leader of a country.

By now it should be apparent to the American people that terminating the leader of a foreign country with extreme prejudice is the most efficient and effective means of resolving a conflict that's obviously affecting the world economy, peoples lives and their futures. I sincerely believe after reading what I’m about to propose you'll understand how such action would resolve 99.9% of all the problems 100% of the time. As a matter of a fact after doing what I'm proposing we'd probably have no problems at all.

Here’s where American’s have gone wrong in every conflict since Vietnam of which I'm a veteran of.

As you well know humans are creatures of habit and with today’s technology we should know on an hour by hour basis the exact physical location within a few feet of every _"problem child" _ we have in this world. If not, we are seriously lacking in the intelligence department.

Assuming we know a lot more than is disclosed to the public here’s how I would have resolved conflicts in Lydia, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Venezuela and taken care of every problem child drug lord and cartel ring leader we currently have no matter what region of the world they inhabit, without notice.

In many cases such as Libya I would have targeted the very same sites our allies did, however, that would have only taken place after I positively located Muammar Gaddafi at his dinner table with his family, friends, politicians and followers, enjoying themselves, telling stories of grandeur about their daily defeats. At that time I would have delivered desert, a series of light weight ultra high explosive GPS / laser guided ordnance into the middle of his main course assuring everyone present was vaporize, inevitably cutting off the head of the snake leaving a message to whomever chose to take his place.

Drones are the ideal hardware, and tactics such as I have described above are to be used against the drug cartels world wide to stop drug trafficking, gun running and illegal immigration steaming from thousands of deaths in cities such a Juarez Mexico verses deploying troops or using this excuse to create more worthless gun control legislation against the American people.

California Governor Jerry Brown had until midnight Sunday, October 9th, 2011 to act on measures that had made their way through the California Legislature and onto his desk. Brown certainly did not disappoint illegal aliens in his state and across the country, as he signed three bills into law that strongly reiterated California’s stance as a sanctuary state.

On Saturday night, Governor Brown signed the second half (AB 131) of California’s “DREAM Act”. The bill gives illegal aliens in-state tuition to California’s universities and access to state-funded financial aid. According to the National Conference of State Legislatures, California joins two other states, Texas and New Mexico, as the only states that allow illegal alien college students to qualify for state financial aid.

The second bill, AB 1236, essentially bans any employers in the state from using E-Verify, the national online database used to check workers’ immigration status. The bill applies to all public and private employers in the state and prevents any counties and local municipalities from passing legislation to implement E-Verify. Illinois was the first state to ban E-Verify back in 2007.

Finally, the third bill (AB 353) blocks police from impounding vehicles at checkpoint because a driver is unlicensed. While the bill text does not directly mention illegal aliens, the purpose of the bill is to protect unlicensed individuals, particularly illegal aliens.

These pieces of legislation come amidst a state unemployment rate of 12.1% and an increasing debt crisis in California.

CAP THE DEBT CEILING NOW

1). Cut all funding to the United Nations, get out of this organization entirely, and expel them from our soil. We must eradicate all domestic terrorist organizations such as this from our land once and forever. The United Nations is one of the United States worse enemies.

2). Cut all foreign aid to 192 countries that we currently fund who don’t even like of which most of them are filled with terrorist organizations who use our funding to buy arms used to kill our people by whatever means they fell is appropriate. Above all stay out of Africa at all cost no matter what the media implies. The Obamantor and his socialist followers are simply playing upon your compassion with showing of starving children on TV in hopes you’ll agree with using your tax dollar to save these people. Fact is, these tribes have been in this predicament for many decades and yet they continue to have litters of children as if they were a cat or dog, assuming no responsibility for their actions what so ever. Realistically they should be ashamed of themselves for bringing a child into their world at all.

3) Cut all Social Security to those who have never paid their 40 quarters and stop all disability payments checks until each and everyone receiving these subsidies has once again proven they’ll qualified via a thorough medical examination and interview. It is not to be handed out to people just because they’re fat, obese, annelids or parasitic or on the dole due to pure laziness.

4) Cut all funding for overseas military activity from all points in the world and get our troops out of every conflict we’re in. Use these troops stateside to eradicate all drug lords both foreign and domestic as well as all illegal aliens coming across our borders. Abolish EO12333 allowing us to surgical remove radical anti-American leaders from anywhere in the world without warning who are causing us grief of any kind, instead of going to war.

5) Cut prison funding, making a prison what it should be, where prisoners have no rights, all luxuries are taken away immediately; increasing the occupancy of each cell to it maximum capacity with bunk beds stacked to the ceiling where they’ll get three meals a day of bread and water and work their asses off from sun up to sun down with the penalty for misbehavior of any kind the business end of a 12 gage shotgun where the deliverance of some lethal 00 buck shot will be the cure to this dilemma.

6) Finally stop bullshitting around worrying about your re-election, public or world opinion and push the “reset button” on our nations deficit, whereby you simply inform all those who we’ve borrowed money from, we’re simply not making any more payments and they’re not getting anything in return. Think of this action as pay back for all the loans we’ve given you over the last 60 years that you’ve never paid back. We’re now, even. Have a good day and good night everyone. We don’t owe a damn dime to anyone for any reason and never will again. The national deficit is now $0.0 dollars.

This means for those of us who actually live to age 72 we’ll get ~

3,744 days out of the 22,536 we have on this earth to do as we wish. It also means we’ll spend 15% of our time on earth to do as we wish and 85% of our life doing what is absolutely necessity to survive of which many of those days aren’t necessarily enjoyable.

Let me introduced to the new “work for life” society so many of you from 2008 to 2012 agreed upon when you denounced, out of jealousy, anyone who had a defined pension program. Your only hope now is that you earn enough money between age 20 to 65 to save $1.5 M in your 401k so you can live off the dividends received from a conservative return of 2% from the stock market, if it doesn’t take a dump, bringing your life savings to zero dollars by the flip of a switch controlled by wall-street cronies.

Do you have that warm and fuzzy feeling yet?

To make your goal almost impossible to obtain you’ll have to pay ~ 33% or more of your income in taxes to support social programs you as a working class citizen will never live long enough to receive, while millions of parasites from all over the world, mostly illegal’s, are flocking to America to take full advantage of the free ride you children are not entitled to; all paid for with tax donations.

Have you figured out yet, it’s not about you?

Opps, I’ve forgot to mention something very important most people overlook. Most of you only look at your state and federal taxes when asked what your tax bracket is, but you’ve forgotten to consider all the other taxes you pay buried deep in everything you eat, drink, drive, reside, and in almost every necessity of life. i.e. ( gas, water, food, electricity ) If you’d just take the time to total up all the taxes you pay you’ll see where almost 50% of your earned income is gone long before you have a chance to pay your bills. Still smiling? And you thought your life served no purpose.

So I’ll ask you one question. Do you like working for 50 cents on the dollar while the bureaucrat’s and socialist pigs at all levels of this nation holler for more tax, more tax, more taxes? If you don’t, what are you going to do about it, wimps!

It's time to implement a simple 10% flat tax in a cashless society. Here's where 8% of your yearly earned income goes to the federal government and 2 % goes to the state, with no other taxes or fees of any kind on any and all personal property or commodity bought and consumed.

In conjunction with this will come the total abolishment of the IRS and all its tax codes that'll assure no one will ever see a tax increase of any kind, for any reason every again and no one will receive special treatment or be tax free.

With a cashless society firmly in place there is absolutely no need for the IRS or for any individual to file taxes at the end of the year, simply because the required 10% will be deducted from your income regardless of source, automatically. Tax breaks or incentives for the special people will be eliminated and everyone will pay their fare share; since all transactions of any sort for any reason will be electronically.

There's absolutely no reason a flat tax such as this cannot be done with the flip of a switch in a twenty-four hours period. Those with cash will simply have to take it down to the bank where they'll be given full credit minus 10%, with no questions asked and open an account.

Those who chose to hold onto their cash after the defined 30 day surrender period may as well use it for a fire starter.

I as many other patriotic American’s are very pleased with Osama Bin Laden death, however, I’m personally displeased with the fact Osama Bin Laden received an honorary Muslim burial at sea regardless of how the Muslim community feels about their comrade. It appears the Obama administration and his security advisors are focused on public / world opinion more than the safety of this country from future attacks. By catering to the Islamic community Obama and his administration missed the perfect opportunity to leave an ever lasting impression on the world just shy of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, but then again what should one expect when we have a Muslim comrade in the Whitehouse as President.

I would have taken this opportunity to show the world the United States of America was a force that shouldn’t be reckoned and by far have taken a Osama's head as a trophy in memory of all those who died on 9-11.

First I’d have gotten DNA proof to assure the body was truly Osama Bin Laden and then I’d have requested his head be sent to me for preservation. Upon arrival the head would have been put on display at the Smithsonian Institute Washington, D.C. in a secure vault viewable to all by webcam. To assure my point was taken to hearts, two empty vials would sit alongside my proudly displayed prize. One with a brass plaque engraved, “Reserved for Muammar Gaddafi”, and other plaque blank awaiting the name of Al Qaeda newly nominated leader. This display would have been the ultimate insult, punishment and total disgrace to every Muslim terrorist community around the world, making May 1st, 2011 another great day in American history. To add insult to injury I would have declared May 1st as “National Pork BBQ, Bacon and Roast Day”, an American holiday celebrating a pigs last stand.

Hopefully this action would send a message to all those who wish to follow Osama Bin Laden footsteps. If by chance someone decides to take up where Osama Bin Laden left off I would order their immediate termination without remorse before the asshole had a chance to do his or her dirty deed. Tactics such as this are the only cure for today's terrorist dilemma. To order the terminations of each and every terrorist leader around the world immediately without remorse is the only cure to assure you kill them before they kill you. If not it's only a matter of time before we'll see many more 9-11's or worse.

Why is it a person of sane mine can obligate themselves for $310,000 in 2002 to buy a home and a few years later take an additional $200,000 second, both at zero percent interest and sleep well at night? Well, here's your answer.

It's now seven years later and the occupants need a fixed rate loan, but cannot qualify because their income to debt ratio is too high. At that moment the occupants know they'll never make another mortgage payment, but instead of vacating the premises like any responsible person would, they elect to stay in the house for ten more months without making a mortgage payment; proudly bolstering their act of defiance against society to the neighbors. Their true colors are now unveiled and everyone, with the exception of those who think alike, express their dismay in many forms.

Finally on the eleventh month their front door is posted with "Notice of Trustee Sale" and other notices a country mile long easily visible as one drives by and for anyone to read.

Months later the occupants haven't moved and are allowed to stay in the house, again rent free, all the time banking every dime without remorse, guilt, responsibility or shame. Their daily actions are of pride, knowing they've successfully scammed the American tax payer, and it's working to their advantage. Personally I view their actions as "grand thief housing" making theses residence no better than an armed bank robber.

So why are such actions allowed without consequence and stiff penalties knowing these people are the leading cause of our current economic demise?

Knowing these facts, my question to society is this.

Shouldn't these people be prosecuted as "felons", receive a 1099 tax form and have their wages garnished for life until the difference between the "total loan amount" - (first and second) and the "sale price" of the house is paid in full even if it takes their entire lives to pay the debt? -- I for one believe such action would be totally justified and lawful. In my eyes even this miniscule penalty is getting off light, since the crime should carry the same prison sentence as any other felony charge.

Now is the time to crack down on this growing "criminal entity" to the fullest extent of the law, taking such actions as described about for immediate action and implementation within the next thirty days. We cannot afford any more delays, if our economic system is to survive.

We need to bring an end to this recession by expediting an end to the cause, bringing back responsibility for ones actions and obligation. Now is not the time for compassion and understanding. It's time for rapid enforcement of the law and the prosecution of all guilty parties.

SACRAMENTO — Bankruptcy filings in the Central Valley soared to an all-time high in 2009, up near 50 percent from 2008, figures from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court show.

In a region battered by recession, plunging home values, foreclosures, state government furloughs and double-digit unemployment, "we're busier than we've ever been," said Richard Heltzel, clerk of the Sacramento-based U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California.

The tally: 45,924 bankruptcy cases filed in the district's federal courthouses in Fresno, Modesto and, the busiest, Sacramento, where nearly 29,000 of the cases were filed.

In 2008, more than 31,000 cases were filed in the Eastern District's courts -- a 79 percent jump from the nearly 17,400 cases filed in 2007.

That's not surprising considering economic conditions in the state, especially the Northern San Joaquin Valley counties of Stanislaus, Merced and San Joaquin.

The number of foreclosures in the region are at or near the top for the country. As the valley housing market tumbled from its peak in late 2005 amid a flood of subprime loans and overinflated prices, homeowners increasingly were burdened with declining values and rising payments.

Once the recession took hold, businesses began cutting back. Jobs in real estate and related fields began disappearing. Soon furloughs and job losses spread to other sectors of the economy.

Valley unemployment reached levels not seen in more than a decade, topping 17 percent and predicted to go as high as 20 percent before the economy turns around later this year or sometime in 2011.

Heltzel predicted that the Central California district would break the 30,000-case barrier in 2008 and the 40,000-mark in 2009.

But he takes no pride in his predictive powers amid the long losing streak that has gripped the Eastern District, a 33-county territory that stretches from the Oregon state line to the Tehachapi mountains.

"A lot of jobs were lost in this district," Heltzel said. "State employees had a 15 percent pay cut by virtue of furloughs. A lot of them were on the edge before the pay cuts.

"There are so many foreclosures in neighborhoods. You take all of these factors and add them together, and that's the main reason behind the filings."

Attorney Jonathan G. Stein also cites foreclosures as a main factor among filers seeking his help.

"It's a combination of things: The cases are foreclosure-related; they're frustrated with their lack of ability to pay their bills," Stein said. "The banks are promising that they will stop foreclosure sales, but they're not. One way to stop a foreclosure is to file for bankruptcy."

The story is familiar across the country.

U.S. consumers and businesses are using bankruptcy filings at a near-record pace.

In all, 1.43 million filings were logged in 2009, The Associated Press reported. That's 32 percent higher than 2008 and the seventh-worst year on record, behind only 1998 and the years 2001 through 2005.

Filings statewide in California were 58 percent higher than in 2008. Only Nevada, Wyoming and Arizona, at 77 percent, saw sharper hikes, according to the AP.

It's a grim scenario that may worsen in 2010.

Heltzel expects as many as 20 percent more filings in 2010, saying the next wave could be tied to the sagging commercial real estate market, taking down businesses and the people who work for them.

"We're all expecting the numbers to continue to creep up," he said. "It wouldn't surprise me."
